Track Your Improvements
Before and after photos are a great indication of how far someone has come when losing weight or gaining muscle, but the in-between is lost. Missing are the little increments and small successes that can help motivate and inspire further hard work. Enter Progress, an app designed to record it all and help to provide guidance and reassurance that the process is working. It works by taking a selfie from each day and logging them away. The size of the photos themselves can be adjusted so that they line up with the previous day's picture for a more accurate depiction of weight loss or muscle gain. Users can then create time-lapse videos with the photos and watch as their bodies change.
Private and Secure
Photos for Progress are taken in-app. The app cannot access your camera roll, so the fear of photos landing in the wrong hands is nonexistent unless you choose to share them. It also includes Healthkit compatibility so you’re weight can be exported to better track.
